Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

Low & Mid Season: A $200.00 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within 14 days of arrival the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.

High Season: A $200.00 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within 28 days of arrival the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellation Rules & Fees – Low – Mid Seasons

Low – Mid Season (Periods during Australian school holidays)

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less the $50 administration fee.

If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total booking amount will be forfeited

Cancellation Rules & Fees – High Season

High Season (Thursday prior to Good Friday to Easter Monday & 5 days prior to Christmas Day until the 3rd Saturday after New Year’s Day

If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less the $50 administration fee.

If a booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total booking amount will be forfeited

Once guests have check-in, there is a strict no-refund policy

The above Mid and High Season dates are however subject to change.

NOTE: The deposit/payment and cancellation policies do not apply to discounted Advanced Purchase rate bookings. Advanced Purchase rate bookings are non-refundable. Fully pre-paid with no cancellation or changes permitted.

No Schoolies

PLEASE NOTE: Spindrift on the Beach does not accept bookings for the annual ‘Schoolies Festival’. We reserve the right to reject bookings and refuse check-in for Schoolies with no refund offered and have a strict no party policy
